Detailed introduction:
The dry powder rolling granulator is a practical new type of powder dry granulation equipment developed by our company by absorbing foreign powder granulation technology. The machine has a reasonable design, compact structure, simple process, and easy operation. The powder raw materials can be directly processed into uniform particles of 0.5-5mm without any additives by this equipment, greatly increasing the bulk density of the materials, thereby reducing consumption, controlling environmental pollution, reducing packaging costs, and improving the working environment for workers.
Powdered materials are quantitatively and uniformly added to the main hopper of the rolling mill to maintain a constant material level. Then, the longitudinal conical spiral in the main hopper of the rolling mill pre compresses the powder and transports it to the arc-shaped groove of two pressure rollers. The material is bitten into the groove and compressed instantly. After compression forming, the pressure it bears gradually decreases. Under its elasticity and gravity, the material falls off from the groove and enters the crushing and granulation system. According to the user's particle size requirements, it is sieved and graded to obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements. Sift out the powder and return it to the hopper for recycling. (During compaction, granular material is compacted between two counter rotating rollers, and a binder can be used for compaction.)
Suitable for granulation of various dry powders such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate, trichloroisocyanurate, zinc oxide, lead oxide, cyanuric acid, potassium nitrate, potassium sulfate, bleaching powder concentrate, potassium carbonate, strontium carbonate, cryolite, imidacloprid, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, as well as food, fertilizer, feed, plastic additives, chemicals, cosmetics, synthetic detergents, etc.
Equipment features
